HOW TO BOOK & PAY
STEP 1: In order to secure a booking you need to request a quote from us. You can either fill out the Request Availability Form to your right, or Contact Us directly. Quotes are sent via email as soon as we process them.
STEP 2: Once you have received our quote and accepted it, you must pay a minimum 50% deposit via our “Secure” online payment system below. Please note the deposit % will vary depending on the date the reservation is made and the arrival date. Your booking is only confirmed once you have paid the deposit requested amount or the full amount. Bookings can be paid for by direct internet payment using PAYPAL, PAYGATE or a direct deposit into our bank account.

STEP 3: Please note the full payment of the balance of the accommodation account must be paid on arrival by cash, credit card or EFT.

We do not store your credit card details after the transaction (OK, so you have to type them in each time you make a booking, but no hacker will ever be able to steal them!)

If you’re still not convinced you may pay the old slow way of bank deposit or use our online EFT Payment Options.
- 0% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 21 days prior to stay.
- 50% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 7 days prior to stay.
- 100% Cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours prior to stay.
